Dates: Sunday, July 6 through Sunday, July 13, 2003.

Travel: Airline tickets will be issued through a cooperating travel agency following State of Texas/Texas A&M guidelines and limitations. Special arrangements must be approved. All travel arrangements must be completed by May 15 in order to obtain lowest possible fares.

Accommodations: Participants will share double rooms in the dorms on the campus of Texas A&M University. Each room has its own shower/bath/sink. Towels and sheets will be provided. A list of things to bring will be sent to participants.

Stipend: Participants will receive a daily food stiped of $20.00. It is quite possible to eat for a reasonable amount of money in College Station. Daily morning and afternoon snacks will be provided during the workshop.

Mentoring Minigrant: Each participant will receive a minigrant of $300.00 to use to mentor and induct additional teachers into the GEOEarthKAM network.
